A plain-language summary of how the reservation application handles information.
M1 collects the contact, passenger, and itinerary information needed to review and deliver requested chauffeur service.
Information you provide
- Name, email address, and phone number.
- Pick-up, drop-off, schedule, passenger count, and vehicle preference.
- Flight details or special requests when you choose to provide them.
- Account details and saved frequent-passenger information when you create an account.
How it is used
The information supports manual review, confirmation, trip changes, customer messages, driver assignment, and the reservation history shown in the product.
Operational sharing
Staff can share the trip and passenger details a chauffeur needs to perform an assigned trip. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law or legal process. The current application does not contain an advertising or data-broker integration.
Account choices
You can update account contact details and email preferences in Account. For access, correction, or deletion questions that the product does not handle directly, contact M1. Some records may need to be retained for operational or legal reasons.
Application security
Passwords are stored through Django’s password-hashing system. Signed guest and driver links are scoped and time-limited. No online system can promise absolute security, so protect account credentials and contact M1 if you believe a link or account has been exposed.
Cookies
The current application uses only cookies needed for sessions and form security and contains no analytics or advertising integration. See the cookie notice.
